Eye Drawing

Eye Drawing

Materials needed:

Here is my link to drawing the eye.
Hope you like my eye!

Some of the videos I had looked at were:

This is my eye drawing that we were assigned in class. I started off with looking at afew videos and getting an idea of how my eye will start and how it would look. I started doing some rough copies and got a hang of what I am doing so I had started my final copy that was on a card stock paper.

I first measured the paper with a ruler and how much I want my eye distance to be with each other and the in between them. Second, I made the outline of the eye would look (almond shape but it doesn't have to all the time, different eyes have different outline). Then, that I used any circular object to make the pupil (I used a toonie). I made a small circle and a little window inside the pupil. Next, I made lines in the pupil as showin in the video. After all that I coloured the circle in the pupil and then the rest if the pupil but not the area I had made lines on. Then, I smudged the dark colouring into the part where you made the lines. Lastly, I made a little section that is pink when you look at a real eye.

To make the eye lashes I first started off with making the top eyelashes, so I made the eyelashes into waves and when I thought it is like eyelashes I used it. For the bottom part where the eye starts I made a little gap between the eye and made a smile out of it (that is how it's supposed to look like), in the beginning of the eye the eyelashes at the bottom will be little and as I went to the end it became bigger. For the eyebrows I made shaded in the lines but in a quick motion.

In conclusion, this was a fun and intersting assignment to try and learn something new!
